Zásady ochrany súkromia

Asistententka je súkromný nástroj, ktorý používa výhradne jeho vlastník na správu vlastnej Gmail schránky. Aplikácia nie je určená pre iných používateľov.

Aké údaje aplikácia používa

So súhlasom vlastníka číta, triedi a spravuje e-maily v jeho Gmail schránke (čítanie, odosielanie odpovedí, archivácia, štítky, presun do koša). Odoslanie, zmazanie alebo odhlásenie z newslettra sa vykoná len po výslovnom potvrdení vlastníkom.

Ako sa údaje spracúvajú

Obsah e-mailov sa na účely súhrnu, triedenia a návrhu odpovedí posiela do služby Claude API (Anthropic).
Výsledky sa zobrazujú len vlastníkovi v jeho súkromnom Telegram chate.
Prístupové tokeny a pracovné súbory sú uložené lokálne na počítači vlastníka.
Údaje sa nepredávajú, nezdieľajú s tretími stranami na reklamné účely ani nepoužívajú na trénovanie modelov umelej inteligencie.

Google API

Používanie a prenos informácií získaných z Google API sa riadi Google API Services User Data Policy vrátane požiadaviek Limited Use.

Zrušenie prístupu

Prístup aplikácie ku Google účtu je možné kedykoľvek zrušiť na myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Privacy policy (English)

Asistententka is a private tool used solely by its owner to manage their own Gmail inbox. It is not offered to other users.

With the owner's consent it reads, organizes and manages email in the owner's Gmail account. Sending, deleting or unsubscribing happens only after explicit confirmation by the owner. Email content is sent to the Claude API (Anthropic) to produce summaries, classifications and reply drafts, which are shown only to the owner in a private Telegram chat. Access tokens and working files are stored locally on the owner's computer. Data is not sold, not shared for advertising, and not used to train AI models.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
